We will need at least 5 people to make the check-in process smooth for our participants.

Premier Volunteer - Route Encouragement/Helpers High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

We will need at least 10 with maximum of 25 route helpers. If you like to help people achieve their goals, this is the role for YOU!! Become the biggest cheerleader on this day!

Another huge role of route helpers are keeping people moving in the right direction for a successful race.

Premier Volunteer - Mile Markers Pick Up

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Main role is to put our the Mile Markers prior to the race and pickup after the race is over as well.

Mile Markers and all other signage for the race.

Premier Volunteer - Master of Ceremony (MC) High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This role is for you if you are the life of the people! It starts and ends with your energy to share with the runners and walkers. You along with key volunteers will ensure every one that finishes hears their name as they finish the race.

Premier Volunteer - Photographer High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Station near Mile 2 by the Lake. We need some incredible action shots to provide to our participants post race.

Give Shoes - SAVE the DATE (12/2026) High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

(6) PACERS High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

We would like to have 6 pacers total (3 for the 5K and 3 for the 10K)! One for the following paces:

5K Pacer - 10:37 per mile, 11:15 per mile and 14:29 per mile (sub 30 min, 35 min and 45 min respectively)

10K Pacer - 8:03 per mile, 9:35 per mile and 11:16 per mile (sub 50 min, 60 min and 70 min respectively)
