Volunteers make such a difference in the experience of our walkers & runners, and if this is your first ROCC 5K, you should know 3 goals have guided us for 13 years:

1. To share the love, encouragement, and compassion of Christ with our community.
2. To raise funds, awareness, and 'product' for a partnered local ministry.
3. To serve as the graduation race for our Run For God participants.

Thank you for considering areas to serve. Volunteers receive a race weekend shirt and breakfast on race morning. The ROCC 5K could not take place without YOU!

First aid station is located near finish line and medical team is provided radio communication in the event of on-course assistance. Ensure station is ready with ice and general first aid supplies.

The ROCC 5K provides complimentary image galleries on the ROCC 5K FB page post-race. Photographers capture finish line moments, course locations, and pre/post-race memories. A great way to experiment with your photography and make someone(s) day! *Cell phone photographers are great too!

Clean up is the biggest job as we put things back where they belong to prepare the church for Sunday worship. Many hands make light work.
