Volunteers make such a difference in the experience of our walkers & runners, and if this is your first ROCC 5K, you should know 3 goals have guided us for 15 years:

1. To share the love, encouragement, and compassion of Christ with our community.
2. To raise funds, awareness, and 'product' for a partnered local ministry.
3. To serve as the graduation race for our Run For God participants (though on a one-year pause for 2025, back in 2026, Lord willing).

Thank you for considering areas to serve. Volunteers receive a race weekend shirt and breakfast on race morning. The ROCC 5K could not take place without YOU!
