Duty: Your basic role is to set up the finish line area which includes but not limited to; hang signs, set up water table, place out trash boxes.

Post Race Clean Up

Duty: Take down and put all event materials away.

Organize and help hand out awards on race day

Volunteer Check In Booth

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

This person will check in each volunteer for their position and hand out their t-shirt. They will also give them basic instructions (i.e. where to meet their group or where their tent is located).

DLC BOOTH

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This person will man the Davidson Lands Conservancy table and should be able to tell people about the DLC and the work that we do.

Sag Wagon

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Follow behind the runners and pick up anyone who is injured, ill, or can not complete the race.

Race Day Packet Pick Up

Must be proficient with technology. You will be checking in runners and assigning bib numbers. This is fast paced!
