Water Stop Medium Priority

Details

The water stop will be setup at the River Rd/Park Rd/Rivershore Ave "triangle" intersection. Runners can get water on the outgoing or returning route of the race. Must be in place by 8:30am and remain until last runner passes by, approximately 10-10:30am. Fill cups approximately halfway, hold out to runners on a flat palm so they can grab easily. There are pop-up trashcans for discarded cups. Try not to waste cups- there are far more provided than you will likely need, as there are 115 runners and many will not get water.

Traffic Control - Road Closure at Riverside / Water St. High Priority

Details

Set up traffic barriers at Riverside / Water St intersection, remain at barriers to redirect traffic and/or let designated volunteers or vendors pass through. Road to close at 7:30am and remain closed until 10:30am. Volunteer should be able to lift barriers, remain standing for entirety of the race, and be polite but assertive when redirecting traffic.
