These people will be in charge of running the packet pick up table the day prior to the race and the hour before the race.

Location

Most likely at Walk & Run Belmont or Eastside Church of the Nazarene for the day prior. The day of will be at Ashbrook High School.

Water Table

This task is for people to stand at to watch the water table during the race. They will make sure cups are filled and available for racers during the race.

Location

At the multiple spread out water locations on the course.

One of the most important jobs during race day. These people will help clean courses of cups and trash after the race and help clean up near the stadium after the awards ceremony.

Location

The Ashbrook stadium and cross country course.
