Set Up Team

Fun Zone

Help provide participants with great activities including Happy Hair, Photo booth/ Face Painting, Balloon Tying

Check-in/Registration

Details

Help check in GOTR participants, general public runners
-Arrive: 7:00 am
-End: 9:00 am

Volunteer Check-In

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Help provide volunteers their assignments/t-shirt/ and refreshments. Several will need directions on to the course.
-Arrive: 6:45 am
-End: 9:00 am

Water Stations

Minimum met, 4 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Provide water to participants as they move through the course, helping to keep everyone happy and hydrated.
-Arrive: 8:00 am
-End: Race Finish

Cheer Station

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help make the day extra special for our GOTR ladies and all participants by encouraging them to keep on moving! So help waive signs and get at one of our 4 check points along the route.
-Arrive: 8:00 am
-End: 9:00 am

Cyclists

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will help make sure all participants are safe and have completed the race. We will need a lead and a scoop.
-Arrive: 8:30 am
-End: Race Finish

Parking/Traffic Control

Help make sure everyone knows where to go and stays safe in the parking area.

Photographer
