Volunteers are needed to help prepare for Community Packet Pickup! This behind-the-scenes role is essential for making race day smooth and enjoyable. Volunteers will help organize race materials, assist with late registrations, and ensure everything is ready for runners and their families.

Volunteer Role Includes:
Sorting and counting bib pins, placing them in ziplock bags
Rolling and organizing t-shirts
Assisting with late registrations
Loading cars and breaking down boxes
Greeting runners and their families

Coaches Packet Pickup - TUESDAY NOVEMBER 10

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Encouraging and cheering for runners along the course
Holding signs, banners, or props to motivate participants
Supporting runners of all ages with high energy and enthusiasm
Helping maintain a positive and safe atmosphere for both runners and spectators
Optionally creating signs ahead of race day to bring to your cheering station

Clean-Up and Load Out

Volunteers are needed to help set up and break down the finish line, ensuring a safe and organized race experience for runners and spectators. This role is hands-on and helps make race day run smoothly from start to finish.

Volunteer Role Includes:
Setting up and breaking down the finish line
Moving race chute fencing between races
Hanging sponsor banners with zip ties on the finish line fencing
Assisting with runner food as needed
Helping at the wave start if needed
Assisting with crowd control at the finish line chute to prevent spectators and runners from entering
Directing participants to the runner’s lot

Water Stop #1

Setup water stop (instructions Will be included at location)
Prepare cups of water and gatorade (fill half way).
Serve runners as they pass.
Fill additional cups as needed.
Clean up all cups and debris at water stop. Packup up water stop and trash for pickup.
