We are using this volunteer sign up page to assign one hour slots to people who can come and run with Tom around the Occoneechee Speedway Track.
If you want to run for less than an hour, that is fine too.
Tom will be running at a casual pace with some walking too - so this is very doable for everyone.
Feel free to just walk the track if you want to, just having people out there will be a great help.
We will have coffee, snacks etc. at the track.
Please select one or more of these hour slots so we can get an idea of who and how many folks will be out there to support Tom.
