Monitors will call attention to turn signs and prompt runners to make the appropriate turns to stay on course. Monitors should bring a cell phone to report any injury or emergency to 911. We use the buddy system and place two course monitors at each location.

Water station volunteers will set up water cups, fill them and pass them out to runners during 5K. Volunteers will be responsible for cleaning up station once the event is complete. It helps to have a cheerful attitude to cheer on the runners.
