Details

Volunteers are required to arrive at 11:30 AM in order to help clean the location. Volunteers must be able to put away chairs/tables, clean up trash, organize equipment, etc. Each volunteer will receive 1 hour.

Water Station

Details

Volunteers will operate a water station for the duration of the 5K. They must stand at the station and provide water to the runners when asked. Volunteers must be in attendance from 9:30-11:30 AM and will receive 2 volunteering hours.

Details

Volunteers will help to set up the tents, chairs, stations, activities, etc. before the event begins. Volunteers are required to arrive at 8:00 AM and will receive 1 hour of volunteering.

Volunteers will be responsible for scouting a portion of the course regularly to observe the condition of runners along the 5K. Volunteers will be expected to stay from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM and will receive 2 hours of volunteering.

Registration Desk

Details

Volunteers must arrive at 8:45 AM. They will be in charge of operating the registration desk and checking in participants as they come in. They will also be required to provide participants with designated race bibs. They must stay until 10:00 AM. They will receive 1.25 hour of volunteering time.
