Details

One of our primary goals for this event is to provide an incredible experience for everyone who shows up. We would like to insure a good experience from the moment they pull into BNP until the time they leave. Assisting with parking and traffic flow. Once participant gets out of car, welcomes and then points to where check-in is located as well as the start area.

Helping out with handing out bibs, swag bags, and answering runners questions.

Aid Station

Details

We will have one main aid station that will be located centrally in the middle of all the action next to the start/finish corral. You will be helping to keep the aid station stocked with the available supplies. Additionally, re-stocking of self-serve aid stations that will be located out on course.

Timing

Details

We will have multiple opportunities for volunteers to help with timing throughout the course and assisting with relay team coordination. Here you will work with us in making sure that we have recorded individual 50k and relay runners that complete the loops and insuring that relay runners are ready to begin their next lap.

Packet Pickup

Details

We will be hosting Packet Pickup on Friday April 8 from 4-6pm. We need volunteers to assist in getting runners checked in if you are free that evening.
