SET UP THE TABLE. FILL CUPS UP A 1/4 OF THE WAY. PLACE CUPS ON THE TABLE. LET THE PARTICIPANTS HELP THEMSELVES TO CUPS OF WATER. PICK UP ANY TRASH THAT IS ON THE GROUND. BREAK DOWN THE SETUP. OUR TIR TRANSIT VAN WILL PICK UP THE WATER STATION EQUIPMENT.

COURSE MARSHAL – ELM STREET / GAGNON WAY in Goffstown - Approximately mile 3.8. Gagnon Way is the entrance to our Goffstown Transfer Station.

The race begins at 8 a.m. Please be at your location by 8 a.m.

The runners will be coming down Elm Street and passing you. Have them continue straight on Elm Street. Stop traffic as needed while runners come by.

Our staff in the transit van will be following the last person. They will dismiss you.

You can park right at your spot.
