Help will be needed in loading up tables, signs, etc. from RCC as well as preparing the t-shirts and goodie bags from 7:30-8:30 PM. Please note: We will NOT take it to the school, as we have in the past. Everything will, instead be setup early on Saturday morning.

Tear-Down

Details

These people will help with breaking everything down at the race site and taking it back to RCC. Please be at the race, ready to help no later than 10:30 AM. We will probably start tearing everything down between 10:30 and 11:00.

These volunteers will help prepare and serve the post-race snacks and drinks. Please be at the start/finish line no later than 9:00 AM to begin food preparation.

Route Directors

Details

These volunteers will be placed along the route to point participants in the right direction. We will place you in a specific location. You will get your assignment at 8:30 AM near the start/finish line, and you will stay at your location until approximately 10:00, when all the walkers are finished.

Water-Stop

Details

You will prepare and hand out water at our one water stop (the 1.5 mile mark near the corner of Geremonty Drive and Meisner Road. Please check in with Steve at the start/finish line, however, at 8:30 AM. You will be finished after the final walking participant passes by (approximately 9:30 AM).

Start/Finish Line

Details

These volunteers will help the timer with collecting papers and then getting participants' time as they cross the finish line. Please be at the start/finish line no later than 8:00 AM. You will be done once the race finishes, at approximately 10:00 AM.

Parking Attendant

You must be 14-99 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

These volunteers will help attendees and participants in the parking lot. Please arrive at the school no later than 7:00 AM. You should be finished by the start of the race at at 9:00 AM.
