Set-Up

Details

Tasks include setting up tables and chairs, unloading equipment and supplies, moving equipment and supplies to different areas at the event location, setting up registration, check-in, raffle sales, refreshments, tournament courts, etc.

Event Day Traffic and Parking

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Rope off parking lot and area for tournament. Direct drivers (volunteers, exhibitors, participants) where to park before the event.

Registration & Check-In

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will process day-of registrations online on the event website. Also, help pre-registered participants check-in using RunSignUp's CheckIn app on a tablet or smartphone. Volunteers need experience registering on a laptop, tablet or smartphone. Registration will be open until 15 minutes before tournament play begins.

Raffle Sales

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help participants take a chance at winning the 50/50 contest and additional raffles. Volunteers will process raffle ticket (with a laptop, tablet or smartphone), prepare raffle tickets for the drawing, and finalize raffle prizes.

Food & Beverage Sales

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will help process food & beverage purchases (with a laptop, tablet or smartphone).

Clean-Up

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help pack up the registration/refreshment/exhibitor areas, collect signage, fold up tables/chairs, load equipment/supplies, and collect trash
