REPORT to Chimney Rock Park Registration Area (end of Parking lot) by 7:30AM

Although registration officially starts at 8AM, some runners will inevitably show up early, no point making a line and having it get busy later. Get set up with forms, bibs, pins and a cash box with change.
Pre-registered runners will pick up their pre-assigned bibs and pins.

8:55AM - 9AM close registration.

No Day of Registration this year.

Gilbridge Road Crossing Guard

REPORT to Chimney Rock Park Registration Area (end of Parking lot) by 8:00AM
Grab reflective vests, traffic cones, and signage and drive to the crossing where we will set up. Stop car traffic when runners approach the intersection. Alert runners to nearby traffic. Typically not many cars pass through but must stay aware. Report as runners are passing so we know when the last runners are off the course.

Follow volunteer coordinator to the Water Stop location where he will set you up with a table, a filled water cooler and cups. Pour some water cups to be ready to passing runners. Report as runners are passing so we know when the last runners are off the course.

REPORT to Chimney Rock Park Registration Area (end of Parking lot) by 0 am to check in then head over to Chimney Rock Inn to assist the Inn Staff and runners. Collect money from guest and count number of people.

Must bring Cash Change and know how to instruct people on Venmo.
