Volunteers who sign up for “General Tasks” will support a variety of behind-the-scenes functions that help our event run smoothly. You may be asked to assist in different areas depending on where help is most needed on the day of the event.
Typical Duties May Include
Assisting with event setup (tables, chairs, tents, signage)
Helping with event teardown and cleanup
Moving supplies and equipment to various locations
Organizing and distributing materials (packets, handouts, swag)
Guiding attendees and answering logistical questions
Restocking water, snacks, or supplies at various stations
Supporting event staff with light errands or small tasks
Helping to maintain cleanliness and order in common areas
