Help set up the aid station for the race's start, fill runners' bottles, prepare food, and cheer runners on.

12 Hour

Details

This shift is a jack of all trades all day, and you'll be helping in various ways throughout the 12 hours. You can take breaks as you’d like, but you will be one of our go-to race staff for the race. May be asked to run supplies over to the mid-point aid station if needed.

24 Hour

Set Up

July 31, 2026

Details

Help unload the truck with race supplies, setup tents for the aid station, the arch at the start/finish line, ribbons/cones to mark the course, water/Tailwind and light snacks for runners pre-race.

Tear Down

July 2, 2026

Details

You will help tear down the venue, load the truck with all race supplies, clean up any trash from the event, break down tents, take down the arch, and collect ribbons/cones.

Medals

July 1, 2026

Details

You will help distribute medals to runners as they finish their race. Please refer to online results to confirm how many loops they ran as that will determine which charm they receive.

12 hour runners receive silver medal and 24 hour runners receive black medals.
1-9 loops = no charm
10-14 loops = bronze charm
15-19 = silver charm
20+ loops = gold charm
100 milers receive no medal, just a belt buckle (if they complete 100 miles)

Mid-Point Aid Station

You will help fill runners' bottles and cheer runners on and keep the vibes going for the race.

Livestream Camera Operator

August 1, 2026

Details

Film runners at the main start/finish area. Must be able to walk or jog behind runners as they come through.

Livestream Pit Roamer

August 1, 2026

Details

Walk around the pit area at the stadium filming the crew, spectators, or working with our social team.

Run with a camera on the loop to film the action.
