Help keep our runners on the right path! Our team will assign you a spot on the course and a volunteer tee shirt (so participants know you're official). PLEASE CHECK IN BY 5:45 P.M. AT THE VOLUNTEER TENT. Volunteers should be 18+ and be able to work at a course spot independently until 7:45. (Additional responsibilities may include acting as a 3K Poker Walk Dealer along the course or handing out water to runners.) Thank you!

Must be 18 unless with an approved group chaperoned by an adult. CHECK-IN BY 5:45 P.M. AT THE VOLUNTEER TENT. DONE BY 7:30 P.M. The supplies will be at your station and you'll receive a volunteer tee. (Additional responsibilities may include acting as a 3K Poker Walk Dealer along the course and ensuring runners go the right way.)

Check-In, Registration, & Souvenirs

Details

This is a great spot for those who can arrive EARLY. Registration opens at 5 p.m. and we can use your help until 7 p.m. CHECK-IN BY 5 P.M. PREFERRED. 5:15 AT THE LATEST. Adults and Ages 12+ (with parental permission) welcome to assist with check-in, shirt distribution, and greeting. Optionally, assist us at the Finish Lines from 6:45-7:45 p.m.

Refreshments

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Participants and volunteers are treated to local refreshments along with other munchies and water. Assistance is needed with arranging the tent and food, distributing to participants, and helping to resupply and clean-up. CHECK-IN BY 5:45 P.M. Clean-up should be complete by 8:00 p.m. All ages welcome.

Finish Line

Details

Assist at the 5K Finish Line or the 3K Poker Walk Final Stop. Hand out water at the 5K Finish Line, post results, or help collect Poker Sheets from 3K Walkers. Ideal for those who can not arrive early. CHECK-IN BY 6:30 P.M. Can be done by 7:45 P.M. or alternatively stay and help us with clean-up through 8:45 P.M.!
