Event officials will need to provide (assume responsibility for) the following in support of Tristate Timing for the duration of the above named
event: Four (4) dedicated event volunteers to assist with conveying/recording of race day “information”. Duties will include but not be limited to: recording
bib numbers/times as part of the back up system, delivering race day entries to the scoring/data entry area with all fields filled in/verified and the assigned
bib/tag number written on the application form, then circled. The “provided” RACE DAY REGISTRATION form will need to be available/completed by all
post PREregistration, RACE DAY participants. Collection of any missing information prior to the start of event (via announcement or otherwise), safety pins
to attach each bib (available from the assigned timer as a pass thru expense) and a horizontal area twenty-five (25) feet wide with ample room to
continually tape results are the responsibility of the event staff. All event volunteers should possess the ability to convey the BIBTAG usage/application
instructions to any event participant. Identification/details associated with race day “hard line” power should be identified upon signing this agreement. The
event PREregistation list, compiled by Tristate Timing, twenty-four (24) hours before the start of event (for those events not providing a packet pickup) is
dependent on the Tristate TimersFile spreadsheet (incorporates all 3rd party nonRunSignUp participant registration information) and needs to be delivered
to Tristate Timing one (1) hour before online registration closes.
