Set-up for race day will begin on Friday 10/14. During this time and depending on the weather, we will set up tents, registration, beer garden, dog agility course fencing, event signage & some traffic directional signs.
On Saturday 10/15 we will check set-up from the day before, blow up start/finish arch, ensure sound system is working, etc. Setup volunteers will also be responsible for marking and directing vendors to their vending spots, including the food truck(s). Note that vending spots are assigned and cannot be switched.
