Details

Set-up for race day will begin on Friday 10/18. During this time and depending on the weather, we will set up tents, registration, beer garden, dog agility course fencing, event signage & some traffic directional signs.

On Saturday 10/19 we will check set-up from the day before, blow up start/finish arch, ensure sound system is working, etc. Setup volunteers will also be responsible directing vendors to their vending spots, including the food truck(s).

Details

Parking volunteers will be responsible for keeping visitors moving and directing them to appropriate parking. Parking volunteers must wear a safety vest and use their issued flag to signal. If you wish to volunteer and direct traffic with a friend, please signup for one slot (as each volunteer slot will be at a different location).

This table will be set-up next to the registration tent and will be where all volunteers must check-in to receive their packet with instructions. This is also where participants and visitors will go for information and have questions answered. Volunteer instructions and race maps will be available at this table.

This is the important first stop where participants check-in for the race, get their race bib #, their packet and race shirt. Volunteers are responsible for checking-in participants quickly and accurately.
