Water Stops

Water Stop (Allens Rd.)

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

7:15am-9am
There will be multiple water stops along the course. We will need 3+ volunteers at each station to hand out small cups of water and or electrolytes at each station.
Volunteers will earn a $15 credit to use on this race in the future. Credit is transferrable.

Water Stop (Windsor Rd.)

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

Water Stop (Patrick Ct.)

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

There will be multiple water stops along the course. We will need 3+ volunteers at each station to hand out small cups of water and or electrolytes at each station.

Course Support

On Course Bike Support

You must be 17 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

7:15am-11am
We will need a few volunteers riding the course on a bike. This is ideal for a triathlete or cycling enthusiast with a road bike or mountain bike. Circle around and provide support to the runners. Become the eyes and ears out on the course and advise central command of any incidents that need attention. (medical help etc..)

Bike Lead

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

We will need two volunteers leading the race on road bikes. This is ideal for a triathlete or cycling enthusiast.
Volunteers will earn a $30 credit to use on this race in the future. Credit is transferrable.

Course Marshals High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 20 more volunteers needed.

7:15am-11am
We need people to act as human arrows at key corners/intersections to make sure runners go in the correct direction and not make a wrong turn. Robbinsville Police Department will direct any traffic at intersections but this volunteer will specifically direct the runners and cheer them on.
Volunteers will earn a $45 credit to use on this race in the future. Credit is transferrable.

Various locations around the course. 1-2 people at a turn or crossing.

Miscellaneous

Race Day Registration & Bib Pick Up

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

6am-7:45am
We will need help with race day registration, checking athletes in, passing out race bibs/swag and answering questions.
Volunteers will earn a $15 credit to use on this race in the future. Credit is transferrable.

Clean Up/Break Down Medium Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

8am-Noon
Help with the post race activities , awards, and clean up. Breaking down equipment, tables, tents etc.. gathering signs and water tables along the course.
Volunteers will earn a $45 credit to use on this race in the future. Credit is transferrable.
