1. Assist registration team with locating names on alphabetical lists.
2. Assist registration team with distributing bibs to participants.
3. Take shoe tag timing chips from participants

T-shirts/Kids Run Medal Distribution High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

1. Distribute finisher t-shirts to individuals after the race.
2. Collect pull-tab from bib when distributing t-shirt.
Time Needed: 7:00 am - 10:00 am

1. Refill refreshments as needed.
2. Maintain a neat refreshment area.

Water Stops High Priority

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

1. Fill cups at water stops before race starts and continue to refill as needed throughout the race.
2. Place empty cups in garbage bags (latex gloves provided)
Time Needed: 7:45 am – 9:45 am

Mile 2: Lake Drive West/Simmons: 4 people

Course Marshals High Priority

You must be 17 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

1. Will be given a particular location along the race route where they will
need to stay for the entirety of the race.
2. Help direct runners in the proper direction.
