Have Registrant complete form, collect entrance fee. Select Bib from top of pile for correct event. Write in name,age, sex, and bib number on top of entry form for computer input. Ask for T-shirt size and get one from the T-shirt crew.

Details

For pre-registered entrants: Ask each person their name / Bib Number. Retrieve the swag bag that has the corresponding bib number. Confirm that the name and bib number are correct. Tell them to pin bib on their front for chip reader at finish line. Remind participants to wear masks and practice social distancing whenever possible and to stay to the right while running except when passing another runner.

Details

Count out size/number required for pre-registrations and separate from those available for walk-ups. Pile T-shirts by size behind registration tables. As registration person requests, choose correct size T-shirt from pile, mark back of bib, put in swag bag and hand to registrant.

Details

Arrive early for location assignment. Drive/walk to location before race start time. Become familiar with course direction and auto traffic patterns. As runners approach, assure auto traffic stops or uses other lane according to plan. Point proper course direction to assure to assure runners stay on course. Encourage runners. Have a good time.

Before race, Set out water bottles on tables for pre-race hydration. During race, set out other refreshments for post race consumption. Clean up after race.

Set up tables and place water bottles on table. Place trash receptacles about 100 yards beyond the water station. As runners come by, tell them to grab a bottle of water Clean up after race.
