We need 10 volunteers to help direct runners and lay signs throughout the course. This will help our runners stay on the route and make the correct turns.

Water Station

Details

We need four volunteers for our two water stations. Two volunteers per table. Before the race starts, we need your help getting water from the finish line to each table. During the race, please be ready to serve water and help clean up the cups when finished.

Race Day Packet Pick Up and Registration

We need 1-2 people to assist us in packet pick up and registration on race day. There will be 1-10 people at any time coming to get their packets or register on the spot. If you have a laptop, please bring it, so we can have multiple people setup as a registration line.

We need 2-4 volunteers to help time runners as they pass the finish line. We will be timing our event through an application called Webscorer.

Floaters/Answer Questions/Give Directions

We need 2 people to assist as a floater to help with tasks and actions that arise during the event. This could involve answering questions, printing off last minute awards, setting up tables, and even filling other volunteer roles that need help.

We need 1 person to be in charge of our Finish Line food and drinks. Please come early to setup the food table, serve items, and then clean up after the event.

Clean Up Crew

Help with cleanup after the race. We will need to collect the race directional signs, empty trash, and take down tables and return chairs. Our goal is to leave UNM looking better than we found it!
