5am - 7am: The morning of the event starting at 5am, we will set-up the remainder of the event needs including tables, chairs, queueing lines, registration, etc. to ensure a successful event.

Buggy Drivers High Priority

Details

7am - 10am: Buggie drivers must have a valid driver's license. This team will need to transport people along the routes as well as set up water stations on the course. In addition, these drivers will lead the race routes AND will pick up water stations and signage immediately following the end of the event around 1pm on day of.

Route Water Stations High Priority

8:30am - 11am: During the events, this person will support the runners by filling cups with water, cheering and encouraging, playing uplifting and all-age appropriate music, and clean up cups/trash following the end of the event.

Crossing Guards High Priority

8:30am - 11am: Equipped with large handheld stop signs, this person will ensure the safety of the runners by ensuring all participants are supported at street crossings as well as cheering on the runners.

Parking Guard High Priority

6:45am - 11:00am: Equipped with large handheld stop signs, this person will ensure the safety of the runners by preventing drivers from turning onto the run course from the main parking lot during the entirety of the event, as well as cheering on the runners.

Food Line High Priority

8am - Noon: Probably the most fast-paced position, this person will support the effort to ensure every participant is fed following the run and supporting the kitchen with running food to the line.

Clean-Up Crew High Priority

11:30a - 1:30p: Following the run, there is a quick clean-up of tables, chairs and other items to ensure the space is left better than we found it.

Registration Table High Priority

6:30am - 9:30am: Supports day of registration and those with lost/forgotten bibs. Hands out runner packets as well as tshirts and medals as runners cross the finish line.

Finish Line Support Medium Priority

9am - 11am: Supports the water distribution for incoming runners as well as handing out medals and directing participants to the food area.

Course Cheerleaders High Priority

8:30am - 11am: Cheering on the runners as they run - should bring poster boards with supportive messages, pom poms, dressed in costume (optional).

Netflix Studio Volunteer High Priority

8:30am - 11am: Cheering on the runners, keeping the crowd moving forward and on route, and supporting the rules and regulations that Netflix has outlined for the lot visitors.
