break down and close registration
set up results boards
set up finish line
set up end of race food table
begin cutting fruit

630 - 7:30am
set up award tables
need timers for finshline
need note takers for finishline
need bib tearers for finish line
need food table servers
need result runners

8am - 9am
break down, load up, clean up
