Details

Course marshals are tasked with being positioned at strategic positions throughout the 5k course to assist automobile and pedestrian traffic to ensure runners have a clear and safe route. Hours are 9:30am until approximately 11:15am

Location

Volunteers will meet at Jennings Landing at 9:15am to receive assignments, instructions, flags and vests.

Start Line

Details

Assist in getting the start line waves set up and helping runners get lined up properly. Volunteers will meet at 9:30am and should be done by no later than 10:30am

Registration/Packet PickUp

Details

Help runners get registered, pick up their bibs, and answer general questions.
Saturday morning 8am until approximately 10am

Finish Line

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Assist in setting up and breaking down the finish line area and monitoring the finish line as runners finish the event. Hand out water to finishers. Assist race directors and timing company as needed.
Hours are 10am until 12:30pm

Assist in setting up/breaking down the 5k course including mile markers, clocks and traffic cones. Hours are 9:00am until approximately 1pm
