Details

Volunteering for this job will require you to arrive to the Serc by 8am to begin checking registrants in. Your duty will be to ask the participants checking in their name, and give them their complimentary t-shirt.

Course Marshal

Details

Volunteering for this requires you to direct runners/walkers and keep them safe along the route. Duties include having a proper understanding of the course, being able to stop pedestrian and/or traffic while runners cross. Standing for long periods of time is required.

Water & Refreshment Distribution

Details

Volunteering for this will require you to hand out water bottles to returning participants. At 12pm, or the time in which participants have returned, refreshments will be served. It will be your duty to set up the refreshments on the designated table.

Details

Following the actual race portion of the event, a basket raffle will be taking place. Volunteering for this will require you to sell tickets, which will involve collecting payment and distributing tickets. Once the final reminder is given to put a ticket in, volunteers will call out the name of the winner of each basket.
