Details

Assist with course set-up (cone placement) and on-course monitoring during race. Must be able to stand for an hour or more. May require walking half-to-one mile to get to assigned intersection.

Location

Varied along entire 5K course (see map on website home page).

Water stop distribution on course High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Pour and hand out cups of water on course to support runners. Pick up discarded cups. Assist set-up and tear-down of water station. Must be able to stand for over an hour.

Location

Water stop is at Sims Store entrance to Erie Canal Park on Devoe Road.

Set up and support post-race runner refreshments High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Prepare Gatorade and water, cups and refreshment set-up for post-race refreshments.

Bib and shirt pick up High Priority

You must be 16-99 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Staff our table for pick up of runner bibs and shirts. Must be able to stand for approximately two hours.
