Volunteers are needed for many different activities during the event. We will need help checking people, getting bibs handed out, and runners their packets.

During the Race we need volunteers stand at strategic points of the race to encourage runners and walkers.

After the race we will need help picking up the trail, main area, catering area, and parking area.

Meet at start/finish line.

Parking

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Start: 7:30 am

Volunteers are needed to assist participants and families in parking their vehicles and with traffic flow.

Location

If the weather is nice meet at the race location and take the first left into the field.

If it is rainy, snowy, etc (an email will be sent to you) meet at VFW down the road (1309 US-9, Keeseville, NY 12944).

Food Catering

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Volunteers are needed to assist with the setup and running of the food and drink stations.
