Volunteers will be handing out t-shirts to registered race participants

BCN Table Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

The BCN Table will be in the Survivors Pavilion and will have literature about all BCN programming. Volunteers will set up and staff the table during the event, answer questions, and teardown the table when done. Table, chairs, literature will be provided for you at the Pavilion.

Volunteers will be stationed throughout the course directing runners to next turns and watchng for traffic, etc

Water Stations Volunteers High Priority

June 6, 2025

Details

Volunteers will be at one of two water stations on the course handing water to runners as they pass by. The water will be poured into plastic cups for the runners to discard as they pass. Duty will also be to pick up the empty cups and discard.

Race Marshalls Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Escort race participants during the race, provide first aid when required, communicate with race director

After Race

Beer Tent Medium Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

June 6, 2025

Details

Volunteers will pour and serve beer at the beer tent after the race. Also need people to check IDs. Must be 21 and over.

Teardown Medium Priority

June 6, 2025

Details

Volunteers will help teardown the event tables, clean up, and help load any leftover shirts and supplies
