Table will be welcome point for all runners and walkers. We should have this setup and ready to go one hour before the start.

Organizations Tabling (coordinating organizations at event) Medium Priority

We expect to have local organizations set up tables to give out information

Race Program/Marshall Medium Priority

Will do announcements and sequence of events throughout the race, any pre-race speeches, announcements, finishers, post race announcements - winners, etc.
