Details

Calling all pacers! Join our Pacing Team for the Miles After Dark program - an all comers 1 mile race with an approximate window of 8PM-9:30PM. You'll be asked which goal times you feel comfortable pacing, please select all paces you feel comfortable running. We will finalize selected pacers and their assignments in April.

This meet takes place outdoors and we will run rain or shine!

All pacers will receive an exclusive meet shirt as well as a free entry into a future Trials of Miles event as a thank you for their time.

The main entrance is by the Discus Thrower Statue and volunteers/pacers will be able to check-in here.

Please note, there are a few ways to arrive at Icahn Stadium on Randalls Island including Citibike, bus/public transportation, pedestrian bridges, and by car (there is parking onsite). Please plan accordingly!

Details

Volunteers may be tasked with helping out at registration, holding finish line tape, assisting officials at a field event, or helping move/manage hurdles/blocks.

All volunteers should dress comfortably and be mindful of the weather. This meet does take place outdoors and we will run rain or shine!

All volunteers for the high school portion of the meet will receive a pair of New Balance shoes and a free entry into a future Trials of Miles event.
