Water Station Volunteer High Priority

Details

Help to set up water station table and dispensing coolers. Fill cups of water and gatorade. Hand out cups of water and gatorade to runners as they pass the station. Clean up after the last participant is through. Children must be supervised by parent/adult.

Finish Line Volunteer High Priority

Details

Hand out medals / awards to runners. Hand out bottles of water and food items to runners after they finish. Direct runners toward the finish line festivities at Henley Park.

Course Marshall High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Raffle Ticket Sales Medium Priority

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

Sell raffle tickets for gift baskets at packet pick up and on race day. We'll need people on Friday evening (August 21) from 4-6:30 and also on Saturday from 7 AM - 11 AM.

Post-race break down and clean-up Medium Priority

Details

Help collect all water station items and bring back to race headquarters. Collect signs from race course. Break down finish line tables, banners, and flags. Clean up any garbage from the race.

Race Morning Packet Pick Up High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Hand out bibs, t shirts, and other race items to runners before the start the morning of the race.
