Looking for Volunteers for this race, we will send information out as we get closer about where you will be stationed what what role you would be doing, but for now just looking for volunteers to sign up!

We appreciate your help and assistance with the race.

Time will be roughly from 7:00am - 1:00pm

Aid station top of mountain High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This will be the aid station at the top of the mountain. Please come to the base of the mountain and collect aid station supplies at 7:30 AM and drive to the top. This aid station will also help direct runners and should see runners pass by twice. Once the last runner is through this can be broken down.

Finish line area

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

You will be tasked to help with registration and helping set up for the finish. Expect to help first with check in and then with setting up awards and food for post race. Time commitment is 7:15- 11

Sweeper High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We would like you to sweep the race. If you are able to come help with registration in the morning (7:30ish) and then sweeping the course. This task can be split between two people taking turns and alternating helping at the finish line. Race should be done by 11.

On course direction

Details

You will be expected to be on the course directing runners. Please show up at 7:30 AM and check in at the base of the mountain. We will show you where you will need to be stationed and we can either give you a ride to your location or you can hike out. Once the last runner goes through your area will be done!

aid station at bottom of mountain

Details

You are in charge of the aid station at the bottom of the mountain. Please show up around 7:30 AM and check in at the base of the mountain. We will show you where you will need to be stationed. Once the last runner goes through your area will be done!

Robinson Aid Station- top High Priority

Details

You will be at the aid station at the top of the mountain at the robinson climb. Bring a chair if you'd want. Please show up at 7:30 AM and check in at the base of the mountain. We will show you where you will need to be stationed and we can either give you a ride to your location or you can hike out. Once the last runner goes through your area will be done!

MileSweep area

Details

You will be at the finish line helping with post race food.
Please show up at 7:30 AM and check in at the base of the mountain. You will help lay things out and organize the food and monitor it when participants come in!
