Great for individuals or a small group. Volunteers will affix labels to runners bibs prior to packet pick-up dates. Two dates available. Saturday, November 23rd and Tuesday November 26th

Setting up the Troy Atrium on Saturday November 23rd for packet pickup on Sunday November 24th. Tasks include setting up tables, signage, banners, t-shirts and bibs.

Help distribute bibs and t-shirts to runners on Sunday Nov 24th & Wednesday Nov 27th or Thursday morning Nov 22nd. Several shifts need to be covered and groups are encouraged to sign up together.

Help with physical set-up of tables, chairs, banners and barricades etc... on Wednesday Nov 27th and/or Thursday Nov 28th. Groups are welcome!

Also great for a group, volunteers will help with banners, signage, and moving some cases of water, and other race materials.

We are in need of someone licensed to operate a fork lift for a couple of hours on Wednesday afternoon/evening Nov 27th and Thursday Nov. 28th early morning moving pallets of water and refreshments.

Volunteers will assist in putting out cones, mile markers etc... on Thursday Morning

Course Marshals help to ensure a safe course by monitoring intersections and turn points on the 5k and 10k courses. Volunteers show up on race day by 7am and volunteer until the last runner in the 5k passes their post (no later than about 10:45am)

Course marshals will check in inside the atrium and then head out to their intersections. Please check in by 7am.

Another great opportunity for a group, water stop volunteers set up and manage two water stops along the 10k and 5k courses. Water stops need to be set up and ready by 8am for the 10k runners so arriving at the water stop location by 7:15 is important. Individual water stop volunteers will be emailed directions on where to check in and where to go.

Assist in setting up start line water and monitoring start corrals before the start of each event.

Assist in setting up signage, banners etc.. and handing out water to finishers, assisting finishers

Set up and hand out refreshments to finishers along River & 1st Streets

Coordinate awards for overall and age group winners, post award results and hand out age group and team awards.
