Set-Up Crew

Help organize and set up the site, set up tables, chairs, help place directional signs, help set up aid station, start and finish lines etc.

Check-In Volunteer

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help at the Registration table by checking participants in, providing race numbers and materials, and taking same-day registrations. Must be comfortable with computers.

Route Volunteers

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Place directional signs on the trail before the event & be our eyes and ears along the trail & keep runners oriented to the route.

Water Station Volunteer

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help set up and staff the water station to provide participants with drinks at the half-way point of the 5k.

Refreshments Attendant

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help organize and staff the refreshments area to make sure participants and spectators can get drinks and snacks. Remain present with refreshments until awards are given.

Clean-Up Crew

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help with loading of supplies and equipment, cleanup of trash or debris, ensure site is cleaner than when we started.

Finish Line Attendant

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Cheer on the finishers, hand out medals to finishers, help hand water to finishers.

Photographer

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Volunteer photographers needed to document the event, at starting line, at scenic views along the route, at the finish line, and for the awards at the end.
