Event Day Packet Pick-Up

Details

Packet pick-up volunteers are responsible for passing out event tee shirts, race bibs and glow kits to each registrant. They will help set up the work area and assist with clearing down afterward.

MAPFRE Stadium, 6-9 p.m.

Aid Station

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers are responsible for setting up and clearing down the water station located along the course. They will pass out water cups to runners and cheer them on as they complete the 5k.

Finish Line Medals

Minimum met.

Details

Volunteers are responsible for setting up the table, unwrapping and distributing race medals to participants as they cross the finish line. They will also be responsible for clearing down afterward.

Finish Line Water

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Participants are responsible for distributing water bottles to participants as they cross the finish line, as well as clearing down after the event.

Finish Line Food

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers are responsible for helping distribute snacks to runners as they complete the 5k, as well as clearing down after the event.

Volunteers cheer on participants at our Glow Run 5k glow zones.
