Merch Table

- Stay at the merch table to sell items during your designated shift
- Must be good at counting change back
- All things are either bought with cash or paid directly to the Run For Remembrance PayPal right at the table

Raffle Tickets

Details

- Stay at the raffle tables during your designated times
- Must be good at counting change back
- You will either handle the money or tear the strip of tickets (there will be 2 volunteers at all times)

50/50 Tickets

October 24, 2026

Details

- Must be good at counting change back
- People will pay you and you will give them the amount of tickets they purchase
- You will be walking around the event selling to people

Event Staff

Course Helpers

Details

- Stay in your designated spot from the start of the race, until the last runner goes by
- Direct people in the way they should go as they run by
- Cheer on participants from the sidelines!

Registration/ Check-in

October 24, 2026

Details

- You will be instructed on how to use the RaceDay App to check people in
- You will hand out all of the participant t-shirts
- Give participants their assigned race bib & participant bag

Water Station

October 24, 2026

Details

- There will be 2 water stations along the course & 1 at the finish line
- Fill water cups and keep them stocked at the table
- If you are at the finish line hand out waters and the snacks for participants
- Pick up any water cups that were thrown out by people
