Details

People person Volunteers needed for the registration table can contact the event coordinators. Task includes matching the correct participant with their assigned race bib, making sure each participant receives their runner & walker goody bags and correct shirt size. Pass out course maps, and answer questions.

Details

We need volunteers to coordinate parking. Participants need to be directed to open spots at various locations, you'll know these locations and have maps to give to drivers. You may also be asked to stop the flow of traffic once the race begins and drive participants to the winery in golf carts. Volunteers need to be adults, and preferably a licensed driver.

Details

I need 4 volunteers to help hand out waters to our runners and walkers who are finishing the event. The task is to include passing out cold towels, one water bottle per participant, and refilling ice tubs with water. I don't mind younger kids helping, but I need an adult or two to over see that kids aren't in the path of runners, for everyone's safety.
