It helps to know what mile you’re at, how far until the next aid station, and how to cheer at inappropriate volumes. Recommended to bring a chair, water, and light snack depending on location and timeframe. Safety vest will be provided.

See how quickly you can empty your table of water and Gatorade cups while your captain furiously tries to refill it. It helps to hold two cups in the palm of each hand with arms extended outward, calling out whether you have water or Gatorade. You may get wet and sticky.
