Details

This person will be stationed along the sidewalk near the entrance of the pavilion. They will greet and check in each volunteer. Remind volunteers to check out with you before leaving the park. This role is needed for safety reasons and so we can ensure all volunteers are where they need to be and where we need them to ensure a successful event.

Set up table with treat bags, coupons, swag, whatever is donated for our furry friends to enjoy. Keep water bowl filled and encourage participants to bring the dog by the table for a treat.

Volunteers will stay by the finish line and offer each finisher a bottle of water. Keep coolers filled with ice to store bottles until they are handed out.

Details

This person will gather all the door prizes upon arrival at the park shelter and will determine the best place to set them out for everyone to see. Participants will receive a raffle ticket at check in. During awards, around 11 am the coordinator and the emcee will work together to pull a ticket and announce the winning number. Volunteer can announce winners if you like or can pull the numbers and grab the prize while the emcee announces the winning number.

under the shelter near the "presentation" area which is where the emcee will be most of the time and is where our guest speaker will talk.

Assistant to H&H Luxury Events Representative High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This person will assist the rep with set up, tear down, and anything else they need in order to provide our guests with the most enjoyable time capture their photos and videos. For example, the rep may need to take a break and go to the restroom or may need a drink of water, this volunteer will take over while they are away for a few minutes.

Under the park shelter is where the "photo booth" will be set up.
