Details

The goal is to reduce trash from going to the Landfill. The tasks we need to do are to support Wattle participants and spectators to put recyclable items in recycling bins and put trash items in trash boxes. We also will empty full trash bags and full recycling bags and put an empty one in their place.

Details

We wish to tear down at 10:15am or so. We will fold up tables, put unclaimed pies on the GC Food Pantry Truck, pick up trash, etc. We also need help in picking up cones and course signage and putting them on the trailers or trucks.

Location

Start/Finish Reception area and Finish Line area are the main teardown areas. 1270 Lamplighter Drive. in Primrose Parking Lot,. Also cones will need picked up along the Buckeye Parkway.

Mascots to be chased in the PRIMROSE CHILDREN'S RUN at 0800 High Priority

Details

We could use a few teenagers to wear turkey outfits, or Pilgrim Outfits and have the Children chase them in the Children's Run Events. We will supply the costume outfits.

Location

This Event will Start/Finish along Lampligher Drive on Event Morning. The Event starts at 0830am.

Finish Line Set Up High Priority

Details

We wish to set up the finish line tables, unload the pumpkin pies and bottled water from the truck to the tables, discard cardboard boxes to appropriate waste receptacles, and other small tasks as needed

Finish Line Pumpkin Pie and Bottled Water Supply High Priority

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

We will have a self serve for pumpkin pies, bottled water, and small bagged snacks at the Finish Line area. We need to keep these tables stocked and make sure the crowd is moving along.

Passing Out Medals High Priority

You must be 10-110 years old to volunteer for this task.

Pass out Medals to finishers of Children's Run, Wattle 5K and Rotisserie Roll 13.4 mile bike ride.
