Details

The expo will run in conjunction with packet pickup so participants can browse vendor/sponsor tents while they wait to get their packets. Volunteers will assist with setup, hospitality for sponsors/vendors, on-site registration, packet pickup, tear-down, and answering questions throughout. Expo Date and Time: Saturday, November 22, from 8-2. Volunteer shift: 7am-3pm. Lunch and snacks will be provided for volunteers who work the entire Expo.

Volunteers will (1) assist runners/walkers who have not previously registered to complete registrations before the race begins and (2) hand out packets and shirts to newly registered participants as well as those who were unable to pick them up prior to race day, as well as help direct traffic and answer questions (6-9 am). Meet inside the Marriott ballroom at 6 am.

Volunteers will help line up children at the start line, lead them in stretches, set up the turn-around point for each group, find the male and female winners in each heat for prizes, and give out goodie bags to all participants.
