You will be working the Race Day Packet PickUp.
3:00 pm- 4:00 pm shift: You will be setting up the area. You need 3 tables with 4 sections. You will need to put up the registration sections. We will have several lines for packet pickup. You will work one of the tables: A-F, G-L, M-R, S-Z, new registration or volunteer check-in. You will also need to arrange the t-shirts behind the tables.
You will need 3 tables and 6 chairs.
4:00 pm-6:15 pm We need one person to work each table section. We will also need 2-3 people to help with t-shirts during the 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm time frame. Runners should get the following things from you: a racing bib, safety pins, and t-shirt (if they registered in time)
For anyone who is registering race day: you can create a list names & phones for extra t-shirts. Please do not give out extras!!!
6:00 pm- 7:00 pm One person will finish passing out racing bibs & t-shirts. After the race begins, you need to walk over the safety pins & extra racing bibs to the Good Times Event trailer. Please keep the racing bibs with runner information on it. The t-shirts and running bibs should be put in the teacher's lounge. Any door prizes that have not been picked up, please give the emcee to hold on the stage area.
Volunteer Check-in: Volunteer person will use the list to check-in volunteers and sent to their location. Course monitors should be given safety vests. Please collect safety vests after the race. Any extra materials can be put in the teacher's lounge at the end of the event.
