Details

Refreshment Table will need a variety of individually wrapped snack bars, nuts, candy, etc and bottled water. No "homemade" food will be permitted to be served at this event.

Items needed. Bottled Water. Snack Bars. Candy. Napkins.

Silent Auction Table

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This area will have a variety of Themed baskets that will be auctioned off after the race. We will need a point person to oversee and track the items and be available to answer any questions about the baskets.

Set Up / Clean Up Crew

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

This crew will be responsible for assisting in setting up the day of the event as well as tearing down and cleaning up the area after the event is over.
