It helps to know what mile you’re at, how far until the next aid station, and how to cheer at inappropriate volumes. Recommended to bring a chair, water, and light snack depending on location and timeframe. Safety vest will be provided.

You may also be asked to help set up course markers and after party areas, as well as putting everything back in the truck at the end of the event.
