KIDS RACE - you can still run the 5k if you help with this task.

Set up

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Come early and general help setting (arch, cones, signs, etc).
You are still able to run if you help with this task.

Finish Line

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Hand out popsicle sticks as finishers cross the line.
Time finishers with handheld device (will be given instructions).
Collect sticks and record names on paper as runners finish.
These tasks are for those NOT running the event.

General/Refreshments

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Making sure refreshment area is stocked and clean. Other tasks as needed. This task is for anyone NOT running the event.

Tear down/clean up

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Just like it sounds. You can run the event and volunteer for this task.

Registration

Minimum met.

Details

Check participants in and provide them with bib. Race day registration is ONLINE only, so you may need to help someone if they are new to RunSignUp.
