Road Marshalls

Details

Road Marshalls will stop traffic to ensure the safety of runners. They must know the course to provide proper directions. They must be confident to deal with motorists.

Water Station Volunteer

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up water stations by filling cups in advance of the race start. Distribute water to runners. Clean up and collect all trash when the station closes.

Medal Distribution

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Distribute medals to runners at finish zone.

Packet Pick-Up

Minimum met.

Details

Check in registered runners. Pass out race bibs and beach towels to race participants

Race Day Set Up & Tear Down

Help set up start and finish area, by putting out supplies and helping with course equipment

Bike Course Marshalls

Details

Provide safety support to lead runners. Cyclists must study the couse map and know the route.

Finish LIne Refreshments

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers in the finish line area will fill cups and distribute water and Gatorade or food product to finishers. Volunteers will help with setting up tables, keeping the cups and food stocked and then will assist with clean-up of their area after the race. Gloves and supplies will be provided. Please note, this job may require volunteers to lift gallons of water and mix Gatorade.
