Runners will come through here towards the start of the race and again towards the end, so this will need to be staffed for almost the duration of the event, but with a break in between times that runners will come through.

Trail Junction Aide Station (3.5 Mile, 6.5 Mile, 8 Mile) High Priority

This is where the Coody Creek Trail extension connects to the Centennial Trail. Runners come by here 3 times with the last time being at the 8 mile point, so will need to be to staffed from 8:00 to 10:30.

Location

Park and 10th and Kalamazoo and it's a sort walk up the trail to the trail juntion.

Elgin St Crossing at Depot Green (4.25 Mile & 5.5 Mile) High Priority

Runners will cut across the parking lot on Columbus, east of the Civic Center. Volunteer will keep them on the route and direct traffic on 4th St. Needs to be staffed from 8:30 to 9:30

Bark Park Turnaround at end of Coody Creek trail Medium Priority

Details

The turnaround will be somewhere in the parking lot of the Bark Park. Volunteer will make sure runners circle around turnaround cone and also point out the bathroom by the Bark Park entrance. Needs to be staffed from 8:20 to 9:30

40th St trailhead (10 mile point) Medium Priority

Details

Runners will exit off the hatbox trail and go north on 40th for a block to the trail head. Volunteer will direct runners onto the trail. Would need to be staffed from 8:45 to 10:45

Coody Creek Trail Kalamazoo St Crossing (10th & Kalamazoo) Medium Priority

Needs to be staffed from 8:20 to 9:45. This is where volunteers that are doing the "Trail Juntion Aide Station" will park, so this should be done by someone in the group that is covering the aide station.

Not a terribly busy on Saturday morning, but enough traffic to need a worker there from 8:00 to 9:30. If a couple working this, one could take 21st St and the other Junction.

Trail Crossing on Junction Street. Park at Junction and Williams.

This is a high volume traffic crossing, and will need a someone to be able to stop traffic often. We will have signs and cones out telling cars that runners are present. This will need to be staffed from 7:50 to 9:30.

24th St Strail Crossing. Park at Meadowbrook Baptist Church.
